A lot happens before the tower starts going up!
When constructing a high-rise, a lot needs to happen at or below ground level. In fact, this is one of the most critical and significant times in the course of a project. Here’s the latest happenings on-site, straight from our general contractor, Albert C. Kobayashi.

HONOLULU (KHON2) – There was a ground breaking held on Monday for the Azure Ala Moana. It is located at 641 Keeaumoku Street. The condo has 330-units, and 21,268 square feet of commercial space. There are also 78 rental apartments available to qualified renters earning up to 80 percent of the area median income. ProsPac Holdings Group broke ground Monday on its Azure Ala Moana mixed-use project across from the Honolulu Walmart store in what the developer has dubbed Midtown Ala Moana with a traditional Hawaiian blessing, a performance of taiko drums and a Chinese lion dance.
