Momentum continues at Azure, with news stories pouring in as a result of our groundbreaking and blessing event this Monday.
Kahu Kelekona Bishaw performed the traditional Hawaiian blessing ceremony, with ProsPac Holdings Group executives XianXin Chen, William Chen, and Rick Stack, alongside Mayor Kirk Caldwell, Councilmembers Ann Kobayashi and Kymberly Pine, Terri Clifford of architecture firm Design Partners Incorporated, Russell Young of general contractor Albert C. Kobayashi, and Dan Nishikawa of First Hawaiian Bank, the lead lender among the hui of banks financing the project.
Azure is proud to provide housing for local people; in fact, 75% of our buyers are Hawaii residents. As Mayor Caldwell put it, “We lose a little bit of our heart and soul every time one of our families or one of our children elects not to stay here. Azure provides that dream and that opportunity for those families to stay here.”
