The opportunity to own something new in Midtown Ala Moana. There’s so much attention on the area at the moment, to own something at the forefront of that growth is always exciting– especially when the tower is so thoughtful and design forward.
Plan A-5. It’s a very efficient and unique floor plan, and the expansive wrap around glass line will provide great natural light. Being on the predominant trade wind corner also gives residents the opportunity for cross breezes year-round.
Mian Sichuan Noodles. I could eat there everyday. The food is authentic, flavorful, and spicy, and not like anything I’ve had before. My favorite is the pork dumplings, but try the spicy black fungus. It looks and sounds odd, but tastes delicious. *Editor’s note: Mian is currently under renovation. Similar style noodles can be found at Joy Cup Noodles Mean.
That it’s at the center of Midtown Ala Moana. It’s the perfect location at the corner of Keeaumoku and Makaloa Streets—right in the middle, mauka of Ala Moana Center. It makes it so easy to walk anywhere in the neighborhood.
Plan A-16. It starts with an intimate entry that opens up to a huge living room with a wrap-around lanai in the makai and ewa directions. I love how the whole home is going to be so bright with the sunlight coming in from all sides.
Like Like Drive Inn. It’s a classic landmark restaurant in Midtown Ala Moana, conveniently located on Keeaumoku Street and open 24 hours a day. What I love about Like Like is that it’s family-friendly and also great for breakfast or lunch with friends. My favorite is their grilled cheese sandwich whenever I’m in the mood for local comfort food.
The convenient lifestyle. You’ll be able to walk right across the street for your grocery shopping or to meet friends for lunch or dinner. And there are so many doctors, banks, and other services within blocks of Azure. It’s about leaving the car at home and just enjoying roaming freely around the neighborhood.
Plan A-4. It’s framed with 270 degrees of views, from all directions. No matter what time of day, you’ll have a beautiful view. Plus, our model residence makes it easy for buyers to imagine living there.
Menchanko-Tei. They’ve got great Japanese comfort food. And actually, I was a huge fan of Goma-Ichi and found out that when they closed, many of the cooks went up the street to work at Menchanko!
The fact that the floor plans are so well-designed and spacious. The two-bedrooms start at about 880 square feet and go up to nearly 1,200. You won’t have to compromise anything when you live at Azure.
Plan A-16. It’s one of the biggest plans, taking up the entire front side of the tower. Residents will have amazing ocean views that they can enjoy from a spacious 250 square-foot living room.
Sushi ii. It’s one of the best sushi restaurants on the island, and not everyone knows about it yet. In the last year or so though, they’ve expanded to have a second dining room, and so I think people are beginning to take notice, especially with the new revitalization of this area.
How every residence has a lanai. I love the idea that no matter what side of the building you’re on, you can look out and always see the ocean.
Plan A-7. It’s a comfortable two-bedroom condo at close to 970 square feet, which is a rarity with a lot of the newer condos. The efficient design really makes the best use of all those square feet so that you get the most out of the space. And of course it’ll be great that the living room and both bedrooms look out to that amazing Diamond Head view.
Rinka. I love the friendly servers and chefs that work there, and the variety of dishes and sushi is always great-quality at a reasonable price. I recommend their affordable lunch specials. It’s also just a few doors down from Azure…and our sales gallery!
