HONOLULU – A large scale mixed use development project broke ground Monday morning in the Ala Moana neighborhood. Azure Ala Moana is a 330 unit condominium tower, with 78 rental apartments available to qualified renters earning up to 80 percent of the area median income. A public plaza will provide space for programmed community events, including a farmer’s markets and live entertainment. The project is located on Ke’eaumoku Street in the Ala Moana neighborhood.
