Why buy at Azure? Recently, we had the opportunity to do a Q & A with an Azure Homebuyer Kristina Lin, OD. Read on to learn more about what features are most appealing and how she will save on gas with zero commute.
Q: Hi Kristina, can you tell us a little about yourself? Your occupation and where you currently live?
A: I am Kristina Lin, OD and I am an optometrist. I live in a community complex in Hawaii Kai right now.
Q: Why did you decide to buy at Azure?
A: I wanted to buy this place because it is in a fantastic location close to almost everything. Most importantly, it is across the street from where I work at Walmart so it will be super convenient. And this would also eliminate driving in traffic from Hawaii Kai…actually it would eliminate driving. Ha, ha!
Q: That’s great that you work so close to your future home. Is there anything else about living in Midtown that you’re excited about?
A: I am excited to live in town! I will have more chances to explore new stores and different food cuisine that are within walking distance. It is wonderful to think I will be able to walk to Ala Moana Center and not have to worry about driving and finding parking
Q: What is your favorite restaurant in Midtown Ala Moana?
Q: What floor plan did you select and why?
A: I chose Plan A-9 and like the fact that my home is high enough to see both the mountain range and a little bit of Diamond Head at the same time. It faces the east so it will be great to wake up with the sun and enjoy the breeze in the evenings. And I like how there are really large windows so I’ll have a good view no matter where I am in the room.
