We’ve reached a new milestone at Azure. Demolition of the final structure on site was recently completed, paving way for construction to soon begin.
Tower construction is slated for two years. Once built, Azure will include more than 300 residences, nearly 21,000 square feet of private amenities, two levels of restaurants and retail, and a vibrant community plaza on the corner of Keeaumoku and Makaloa Streets. We’re excited to be able to deliver Azure to homeowners, residents, and the Midtown neighborhood in mid-2021.
