As we head into the last quarter of 2019, we have many exciting updates to share.
Over the last few months we’ve reached a few significant construction milestones including the erection of the tower crane in July, which currently stands at approximately 27 stories tall. As work progresses in 2020, we will increase the height of the crane two more times to a final height of over 500 feet.
In first week of October, we poured concrete for the first floor walls and started the first section of the second floor along Keeaumoku Street. By the end of the year, we are scheduled to complete the fourth floor of the parking structure and look forward to completing the structure for all 41 floors of the tower in 2020.
Our Sales Gallery, located at the 14th floor of the Pacific Guardian Tower, has the best view of our construction site and all the work being done there. We encourage you to visit when you’re in the neighborhood to see Azure Ala Moana come to life in real time.
As we approach 2020, we are pleased with the construction progress to date and we are on schedule to complete construction by Summer of 2021.
